國內服務業在各媒體強力監督下，服務品質已大幅提升，但仍不時有店家與顧客的消費糾紛傳出，以往服務業秉持「客人永遠是對的」觀念，多採息事寧人態度，暗自吃悶虧，反而造就出少數「職業奧客」的惡形惡狀。日前，某日式料理店又傳出客人對牛肉熟度認知不同，對店家百般刁難，店家霸氣的回應，反而贏得網友的讚賞。站在媒體角度來看，消費糾紛都有其形成之背景、原因，服務應包括「施」與「受」二個層面；「施」講的就是傳遞服務經驗，「受」代表著接受服務的一方服務觀念也要跟著提升。「臺灣服務業大評鑑」稽查目的，期望服務業不僅要「做好」、「做到位」，讓業者在提升服務品質之際，能站在「禮貌」、「道理」上，面對不理性的奧客，也有權利捍衛自己立場及尊嚴，讓業者、消費者服務觀念能同步提升。「2017臺灣服務業大評鑑」計畫主持人、柯南國際首席顧問黃振霖表示，有別以往單一神秘客訪查，今年每1家店點，仍由3位不同且互不知曉之神秘客完成稽查，為的就是讓備受重視的臺灣服務業大評鑑，有最好的專業公正性。此外，查檢項目沒有魔鬼考題為難企業，但依循ISO10002客訴處理國際品質管理的專業原則，持續針對服務業客訴處理能力的觀察。因為客訴的處理能力，融合著基本服務、應變服務及團隊協同服務等因素，是企業要晉升優質服務的重要門檻。黃振霖表示，「臺灣服務業大評鑑」最重傳統特色，魅力品質及反轉品質的篩選，今年所有專業神秘客也將持續發掘，對於國內最新實務的服務趨勢，有第一手且最大量訊息的掌握。(工商時報)









國民黨日前有四分之三中常委缺席中常會的情況下，通過明年包括黨主席及黨代表在內等4項黨職選務變革，引發爭議。中常委姚江臨等人今(26)日上午委託律師向台北地方法院遞狀，向國民黨中央及黨主席洪秀柱提起民事訴訟，並向法院聲請暫時處分，要求國民黨不得執行決議。

姚江臨委任律師許英傑表示，提起的民事訴訟主要有兩部分，首先認為21日中常會的到場人數、決議人數和方法與會議章程不一致，由於違反程序，因此相關決議不成立；另外，也向法院請求在訴訟終結前，要求國民黨停止執行21日中常會通過的相關選舉案內容。

姚江臨批評，世界上哪有一個選舉是在選前不到半年，告訴候選人說，「你的選制跟選民結構都要改變」，黃復興黨代表與一般黨代表併選，對黨代表並不公平。

此次提告包括姚江臨在內，目前還有游家富、邱炳煌等3位中常委具名，而姚等人特別「馬王政爭」中擔任前立法院長王金平的委任律師許英傑，希望借重許的經驗來打贏這場官司。
